How to use

Maximize the effectiveness of your nasal strip with these tips for perfect application.

Clean: Wash and dry your nose to remove dirt and oils. Remove the liner: Hold the nasal strip at both ends and gently bend it until the backing loosens. Use your thumb to remove the liner from the center outward without touching the adhesive. Position & apply: Place the nasal strip across the bridge of your nose, not too high or too low. Press both ends firmly for 15–20 seconds and rub over the strip to activate the adhesive for maximum hold. Remove: Soak the strip in warm water first, then remove it slowly and gently, close to the skin. This can also be done in the shower to help reduce skin irritation.
