How to use

Each standard mouth tape strip is for single use only. For your comfort, we recommend wearing a strip for no longer than 12 hours within a 24-hour period.

Prepare & clean: Wash and dry your lips and the skin around your mouth. If you have sensitive or dry skin, apply a thin layer of moisturizer or lip balm first for extra comfort. Remove the liner: Hold the tape at both ends and pull in opposite directions to expose the adhesive. Start in the center for optimal control. Position & apply: Center the tape over your lips, press it down, and remove the remaining liner to secure it properly. Remove: Slowly peel off from top to bottom, close to the skin.
